by the visitors computer and is not streamed from the North Pole Servers; However, 

we have complied and removed the MIDI File and the lyrics as this suggests 

that children should not sing the song on our site as it is a violation of a copyright. 

The North Pole web site did not profit from any sales or charged any child to 

sing this song and feel this request is unfair to our children. 

Santa wonders if this company visits schools and stops 

children in school plays from sing this song too!
